Added the Flash command "Release from power down" during initialization.
   Old Micron Flash ignored the power-down commands and the aplication ran fine,
   but other models seems to require this command because the FPGA can put them
   into power-down after being configured.

Support for the PRGICE board.
   This programming board has no quartz and do not provide a clock signal to the FPGA.
   
Support for the "Taller de Proyectos" boards.
   These boards have the SDI and SDO pins interchanged.
